On October 18, 2025, we set off with our bitch for the planned mating. This time to Lublin in Poland, as the breeders of the “Beclau” kennel had moved from Turin to Lublin in the spring. It was, of course, a challenge with a distance of 1,400 km. But we wanted to use the absolutely fantastic 2024 and 2025 Vice World Champion “Beclau Blue Dionisio” again, this time with our older bitch. It will be her last litter. Lucy had already given birth to a total of 21 puppies in three litters and proved to be an excellent and caring mother. On October 19 and 20, 2025, two matings took place, and after the ultrasound on November 17, it is certain that we are expecting several puppies at the end of December. We are looking forward to puppies from a challenging mating.

The inbreeding coefficient of this mating is 0.00% and the ancestry loss coefficient is 100%. There are no better values for outbreeding!

Both parents have excellent hips with HD-A and have been tested for known genetic diseases that can occur in Kerrys and are clear. This means that the puppies from this mating will never have problems with these diseases in their lives. Below is a puppy pedigree compiled from both parents, which gives an insight into the ancestry of the upcoming puppies.

Both Dionisio and Lucy have the typical long, curly, soft coat of a Kerry Blue Terrier, and both are adorned with the beautiful steel blue color.

Among the ancestors are FCI World winner and Cruft's winner.
